Good service and room staff very cooperative nice room. View of hotel is very good. Breakfast items are really good and very hygienic. Welcome drinks are also provided. Fooding charges are also very cost effective. Excellent experience to stay.

Had a great experience with our stay in Grand Resort. Staff was kind, helpful and ensured we had a memorable stay. Front desk personnel Ms. Anjali is really warm, welcoming and connected very nicely with all guests. Mr. Rakesh made sure we are well taken care of and attended all the requests with a sense of belonging. Positive Vibes 😊

We had an amazing stay at the hotel...the staff was really humble and the hospitality was amazing.... special thanks to Mr Rakesh who took care of every minute details about our stay....the food was amazing and was prepared according to our preference which is really appreciated.....we hope and wish that next time me book this hotel only because of the great experience..... heartfelt thanks to all the staff members of the hotel..we will surely visit again 😊😊

Stay was very pleasant. Rooms are very spacious, clean. Seaview is also there from room. Staffs are very prompt to help. Liked everything abt this resort. They have their Toto service to near around. Strongly recommend others to enjoy the Resort.

The hotel exceeded expectations! Impeccable service, comfortable room.The staff were attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. Although the hotel is slightly away from the sea beach and main road but the rooms, food and hospitality compensates for all the inconveniences. Special thanks to Mr Rakesh, the F&B manager took the utmost care of us and other guests when we ordered the food in the restaurant. Mr Rakesh made sure that the food we ordered was served PERFECTLY. The best part was that he always wears a smile and helped adequately irrespective of his immense work pressure . Thanks
